Delivery Address
A Signature is required for all deliveries. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is likely to be home during business hours. If you are not at the specified delivery address to receive the parcel, you may be charged a second delivery fee. Alternatively you may authorise us to leave your goods at a particular place by typing in a special request in the comments box in the shipping area of the checkout. Eg. If no one is home please leave at front door.
Failure of Delivery
eWake Australia is not responsible for failure of delivery of an order by Star Track Express after dispatch. Allow one to three days for delivery.
Customers in NSW, QLD, VIC, TAS, WA, SA
Freight costs may very depending on weight and volume. If your order exceeds the maximum weight for the freight, we will contact you via the email address supplied prior to your order being dispatched. Please ensure that your email address is valid for contacting you.
Customers may pick their products up from the office with no freight costs. We will notify you by email when your products are ready for pickup. FREE FREIGHT FOR ORDERS OVER $100 to all Capital cities in Australia.
